Our support request procedure has recently been changed in order to provide you with better assistance.
For proper routing of your support request, we invite you to complete the Tech Dining customer support form, located here.
We will automatically respond to any support request received via email and subsequent follow-up emails addressed to dining@gatech.edu, techdining@gatech.edu, and mealplan@gatech.edu with an invitation to complete the support form (see the below image).
A confirmation email will be sent once the form has been filled out and the ticket has been submitted and routed. See the below image.
You can expect to receive a response from our team within 5-7 business days. Please note that during peak times (August & January), response time may exceed 7 business days. We ask that you refrain from creating multiple support tickets to avoid a delay in support resolution.
