Emergency requests are considered a breakdown of essential services such as heating/air loss, lock- in/lock-out issues, electricity loss (in the whole unit), HVAC leaks, and plumbing issues such as floods, hot water outages, and toilet issues. This also includes safety concerns and issues causing damage to your space or personal property. If you believe your concern may fit into these categories, please follow the emergency maintenance protocol. If your concern does not fit into these categories, please still submit a maintenance request so we can fix it as soon as possible.
