When you report a concern, it will be triaged by our staff to determine if it is considered an emergency. For emergency issues, you can expect a response within 3 hours of reporting it correctly. There are many types of issues that may result in a multi-layered response so depending on the time of day and week, you may receive a solution to help temporarily mitigate before weekday business hours can address it.. For non-emergency requests submitted, you can expect a response within 2 business days (Monday-Friday).
