Step 10: Review Fees and Policies
At the top of this page, you will see information related to your application fee. You will only pay this $80 (USD) fee once, so you'll see a note that "records show you've paid before" - even if it's been a while since you lived with us. This fee is non-refundable, even in the event you cancel your housing contract.
This page also lists important information about the fee for cancellation. The fee schedule varies depending on the timing of the contract. Review carefully and note the dates of when penalization starts.
