Students may experience issues accessing the My Housing portal when the application first opens or another process has started, due to the number of people attempting to log in at the same time. We have taken steps to improve our system bandwidth, but if students still experience issues, they should wait five to ten minutes before attempting to enter the application again, repeating as necessary.
Please note our application, room selection, and other portal-based processes are timed to provide maximum bandwidth for the participants in a given process. As a result, process dates are subject to change to align with admissions decision releases, public holidays, and other influential events.
