The $80.00 fee paid when you apply for on-campus housing the first time is non-refundable. By contract, you have 24 hours after withdrawal to check out. Before you move out, you will need to clean your bedroom or bedspace, and turn in your keys to your Housing Area Office during business hours within two days of withdrawal.
