As Georgia Tech’s enrollment continues to increase, we have partnered with College Pads to support our students who are unable to secure on-campus housing. The Off-Campus Housing website aims to provide resources on local communities and renter education modules to help students successfully navigate the transition to off-campus life and become better educated on local rental processes. Custom-tailored to the needs of Georgia Tech student renters, the Off-Campus Housing website in collaboration with College Pads platform offers students a customized roommate and sublease portal.
