Green Goodbyes Thrift Store
Located inside of the Barnes & Noble, Green Goodbyes has expanded to a storefront. The Green Goodbyes Thrift Store is open Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday, 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Donations will be accepted Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The Green Goodbyes Thrift Store accepts:
- Clean clothing in good condition
- Small appliances and household goods - please review the Georgia Tech Housing and Residence Life Policies and Procedures for a list of approved appliances.
The Green Goodbyes Thrift Store does not accept the following items:
- Foam bedding and pillows
- Opened or perishable food
- Underwear
- Non-functioning appliances
- Broken Items
Klemis Kitchen
Klemis Kitchen is an on-campus food bank accepting unopened or unused, non-perishable food as a means to support decreasing food insecurity in Georgia Tech students. Klemis Kitchen has four locations on campus with various hours and access requirements. Check out their webpage for requirements and hours.

- Klemis 489 in the Clough Undergraduate Learning Center, room 489
- The Community Fridge at Grace House, 182 Fifth Street
- Klemis GSL in the Graduate Student Lounge in the John Lewis Student Center
